1 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon oil

2 teaspoons yeast
Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients until they are well blended.
In a non-stick frying pan, place a tablespoon full of the dough, in the center, without spreading.
Wait for the dough to form air bubbles, and gradually loosen the edges, and turn the pancake, letting the other side brown.
The pancake is ready, just enjoy!
